In this role, Tom partners with business leaders to architect scalable solutions, optimize operations, and drive growth through innovative technology and process discipline.

Tom’s experience spans telecom, networking, cybersecurity, and SaaS, including GM and CEO roles as well as prior VP Engineering and Product positions. He is a versatile leader who drives operational excellence and technology-led growth, with a proven track record of delivering carrier-grade, telco-quality products to the global market.

Tom founded Opango, a cloud-based LMS for enterprises and small businesses, delivering on-demand product/franchise training, certifications, and continuing education via courses, progress tracking, quizzes, tests, surveys, certificates, and transcripts. It also offers full-service course development with Learning 2.0 design, writing, photography, audio/video, and interactive 2D/3D animations.
